RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Order Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation:

  1. Cancel Before Shipping:
    You can cancel your order before it ships. If canceled, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  2. Cancel After Shipping:
    If your order has already shipped, please contact our customer service immediately. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue.

  3. Do Not Refuse Delivery:
    Please do not refuse delivery if you no longer want the item. Refusing delivery results in a shipping fee of $50-$100, which we cannot cover. Instead, please contact our customer service to arrange the return of your package. The return shipping fee will be around $10.

Return Instructions:

  • Return Window:
    All orders must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. We provide a full refund for items that have a manufacturer defect.

  • Contact Us Before Returning:
    Please contact our customer service department before initiating a return, as the return address may differ from the original shipping address. Refunds for items returned without prior contact cannot be guaranteed.

  • Return Address:
    8th Floor, Zhongyangjinzuo #B, Xudu Road, Banjiehe District, Xuchang, China.

  • Condition of Return:
    Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, with tags and original packaging). Returns will not be accepted for any used or altered items. The wig must be intact, and the lace should not be cut.

  • Refund Processing:
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment account within 3 business days. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Ineligible Returns:
    Hair care and styling products, accessories, liquids, and special-order items are non-returnable.

  • Refund Method:
    All refunds are processed through PayPal and will take 3 business days to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy:

  • Request Deadline:
    Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Any exchange requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

  • Exchange Conditions:
    The product must be replaced with an item of equal or greater value. If the new product costs more, the customer is responsible for covering the price difference and shipping costs.

  • Item Condition:
    We will not accept any exchanged merchandise that has been used or altered in any way (brushed, combed, cut, washed, or removed from the bundle). Due to health and safety regulations, used human hair products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Custom Orders:
    Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure you are fully aware of your order before purchasing to avoid any disappointment.

  • Customer Service Response Time:
    We are available online 24/7 and will respond to your inquiries within 24 hours, except on Sundays.

  • Return Conditions:
    We request that you do not discard the item. We can only issue a full refund upon receiving the returned product, which helps us investigate the issue and improve our services. We appreciate your cooperation.

  • Shipping Fees for Returns:

    • If the return is due to the customer’s change of mind (dislike, wrong style or color), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

    • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, quality issue), we will cover the return shipping costs.
