Processing Times 
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receivea separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped. 
Note: During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times 

 

U.S. Domestic Shipping: 

• Free Standard Shipping on all orders $199 and up 

• Orders under $199 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $9.95 

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (after processing) 

 

Expedited Shipping: 

• Available for an additional fee at checkout 

• Delivery time: 1–3 business days depending on location 

International Shipping: 
We offer international shipping to select countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Important: Duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country. 

Tracking Your Order 
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update. 

Shipping Delays 
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, natural disasters, or incorrect address information. Please verify your shipping details before  completing your order. 

Lost or Missing Packages 
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at support@24karatluxuryhair.com within 5 business days of your expected delivery date. We’ll do our best to assist you.
